Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care Assistance: Aid clients with essential daily tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene management, ensuring they maintain their dignity and comfort at all times.
• Companionship and Engagement: Offer meaningful companionship by engaging in conversation, playing games, reading, or participating in activities that enhance the client's emotional well-being and overall quality of life.
• Mobility and Transfers: Assist clients with walking, transferring from bed to chair or wheelchair, and any mobility challenges, while ensuring their safety.
• Meal Preparation and Nutrition: Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences to promote clients’ health and well-being.
• Light Housekeeping: Perform light household chores, such as laundry, dusting, vacuuming, and maintaining a clean, organized living environment.
• Medication Reminders: Ensure clients take their prescribed medications on time, providing reminders and assistance with organizing medication schedules.
• Transportation and Errands: Provide transportation to appointments, grocery shopping, or social activities, ensuring clients maintain their independence and access essential services.
• Monitor and Report Changes: Observe and report any changes in the client's physical or emotional condition to family members or supervisors, ensuring the proper care and response.
• Adherence to Care Plans: Follow the customized care plan provided for each client, ensuring that all instructions and preferences are met to improve their overall quality of life.
• Safety Assurance: Create a safe environment by identifying potential hazards, ensuring the client’s living space is secure, and responding to emergencies promptly when necessary.
