  • Close out and bill projects according to agency approval processes
  • Identify and solve problems promptly, involving higher management when necessary
  • Monitor ongoing costs and produce accurate quotations for production
  • Delegate tasks clearly to project team members
  • Lead status updates and client calls, providing regular progress updates
  • Utilize templates for project communications and status reports
  • Prepare research and background information for briefs, pitches, and presentations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and planning departments

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Background in medical, regulatory, and healthcare marketing preferred
  • Project Management certification a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Salary Range:

The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
