  • Assist the accounting department by monitoring billable time and materials.
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional office environment.
  • Represent the values of the organization when interacting with the team and clients.
  • Provide staff support in the form of clerical and related office, guest services, and property preparations.
  • Serve guests and homeowners over the phone, via email, and in person.
  • Assist in contractor and vendor relations, communications, coordination.

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is a key component of our Hospitality Team. They engage in multiple layers of the essential functions of the business. Your key role and responsibilities are to ensure the day-to-day operations of Lifestyle Properties and Pinot Car Wine Tours continue to flow with measurable results. You will oversee the daily and weekly scheduling of teams, utilizing state-of-the-art technologies and applications to ensure timely completion of tasks at the highest quality. You will assist in daily communications with team members, property owners, vendors, and guests, and support management as the liaison between multiple departments. We are a strong team at Destination Willamette and occasionally you may be asked to step in to support team members on various tasks throughout the organization. You will also be relied upon to assist the accounting department by monitoring billable time and materials. All of our employees are expected to maintain an organized, efficient, and professional office environment, as well as be a representative of the values of the organization when interacting with the team and clients. Youll provide staff support in the form of clerical and related office, guest services, and property preparations. You provide services to guests and homeowners over the phone, via email, and in person. Youll also assist in contractor and vendor relations, communications, coordination as well.
