Inbound Sales Representative

Nuvia Dental Implant Center is rapidly expanding and looking for enthusiastic Inbound Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We are a leader in dental implant services, known for our exceptional patient care and innovative solutions. Earnings Potential: Top reps earn $150k - $200k annually, and over 50% of our reps make $90k+/yr.

Role Overview:

As an Inbound Sales Rep, you will be responsible for handling inbound SMS and phone calls, as well as following up with qualified leads who have requested information about our 24hr Smile Restoration service. Your primary role is to invite prospects into our clinic for a consultation, not to sell the product.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and embody our company values.
• Convert inbound leads into appointments for consultations.
• Maintain an organized CRM system.
• Suggest and implement improvements to current processes.
• Attend weekly training meetings.
• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and SMS messages.
• Connect with prospects to understand their goals and motivations.
• Assist patients in overcoming any barriers to attending their consultation.

Qualifications:

• Prior dental implant sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience working with CRM systems is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High confidence in yourself and the product.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Integrity and dedication to providing the best patient experience.
• Remote work capability from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday.

A Day in the Life:

• Participate in sales meetings and motivational huddles.
• Manage and respond to inbound calls and SMS messages.
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and invite them to consultations.
• Navigate various patient circumstances and personalities with consistency and openness.
