Client Consultation: Engage with policyholders, understand their insurance requirements, and provide tailored suggestions.
Outbound Calls: Proactively reach out to leads, presenting insurance products and services in a clear and compelling manner.
Policy Customization: Devise and propose insurance plans that match each client's unique needs.
Policy Presentations: Explain policy details, coverage options, and benefits to clients, ensuring they understand their insurance choices.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by bundling or expanding their policies.
Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead Management: Follow up with leads, provide necessary information, and guide them through the insurance purchasing process.
Customer Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with clients, address any concerns or
questions, and provide ongoing support as needed.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends and updates to offer well-informed guidance.
Licensure: Possess appropriate insurance license in the state of Missouri OR have a willingness to obtain needed licenses.
