Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Minimum of 3 years of upper management experience
  • Strong work ethic, desire to exceed guests expectations, and a real passion for fresh food
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Sufficient experience and knowledge of restaurant Profit and Loss statements
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite and computer literacy

Job Summary
Management Positions are Full Time only.

Each day at Tazikis is a little different - part of what keeps it exciting! Your week kicks off each Monday with a look at last weeks Flash P&L, deciding how to best schedule, coach, and direct your team to meet your cost goals.

Mornings are spent helping your prep crew ready the store for lunch service and preparing catering orders for guests, keeping a close eye on food safety practices and recipe perfection. Before the doors open, gather your team for pre-shift (or even a family meal!), and catch them up on the newest Tazikis updates like a recipe change or a new feature of our Taz Rewards program. Youll enjoy meeting the great people in your community as you touch tables and help guests with their Take-Out orders - get to know them by name! During the afternoons, managing shift change, youll juggle helping on the line while knocking out some of your admin tasks like reviewing invoices, scheduling staff, or ordering products. You might interview an applicant for a job, check on employee training progress, or track your stores labor hours. As a leader of your team, set aside a few minutes a day to check in on a staff member - ask how its going, always encouraging them to learn new skills and positions!

For evening shifts, youll help the team push through busy online ordering hours for Take-Out dinners. As the shift winds down, youll use your evening counts and tomorrows catering orders to make prep sheets for your AM team, setting them up for another successful day! As the week comes to a close, youll work with your management team to check and double-check inventory and payroll details to close out and review another week of performance towards your goals!

Your Working Conditions / Hours:
A typical work day at Tazikis may look like:
  • Morning shift - 7am - 4pm
  • Mid shift - 10am to 8pm
  • Evenings - 3pm - 10pm
  • Weekends - when applicable
  • Holidays - when applicable (always CLOSED Thanksgiving & Christmas!)
*Hours will vary by store.
You may work in a typical restaurant kitchen environment which includes but is not limited to using equipment such as a flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer and food processor.
