Responsibilities

• Inspect different equipment and perform basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required.
• Perform handyman tasks for residents.
• Perform preventative maintenance around the community.
• Refurbish living units for the next occupants (paint, repair holes in walls, etc.).
• Perform Exterior maintenance including mowing and tending to plants.
• Assist with housekeeping.

Qualifications

Required

• Must pass Live Scan background clearance
• Must provide a negative TB test
• Must have a good driving record
• Experience in maintenance or environmental services preferred
• Demonstrated experience working in a customer-focused role
• Ability to maintain the building
• Strong organizational skills

Preferred

• Plumbing experience: 1 year
• Maintenance experience: 1 year
• Carpentry experience: 1 year
