Maintenance Supervisor

Sunny Sky Products - Douglassville is a leading aseptic beverage manufacturer located in Douglassville, PA. We specialize in processing shelf-stable dairy, coffee beverages, and coffee creamers. Our company is rapidly growing and is seeking passionate people to join our team.

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within the plant. This role ensures that all machinery, equipment, Maintenance staff, and facility are properly maintained to achieve optimal production efficiency. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of maintenance technicians and work closely with other departments to support continuous improvement and safety initiatives along with production downtime, and preventive and predictive maintenance controls.

*This position is based in a manufacturing plant environment, which may involve exposure to loud noise, heavy machinery, and varying temperatures. The role may require occasional evening or weekend work to address urgent maintenance issues or complete special projects.

Salary

• Salaried position
• Range $85K-$95K (yearly) based on experience
