Resort Club Sous Chef

This is a perfect opportunity for an individual to elevate their work experience for the next chapter of their culinary career.

This is a full-time position, Presently we are open Wednesday through Sunday Brunch. It presents a very manageable schedule that will offer opportunities to develop your skills and fundamentals of cooking.
Desired Qualifications but not required;

Knowledge of basic cooking principles, Classical/modern cooking techniques, and familiarity with current cooking trends. The ability to consistently perform required daily tasks can be trusted and have the ability to set a good example as a professional. Possess a true passion to execute sound cooking principles, possibly have club experience. As a member of the culinary team, you will be held accountable to perform at a high level in a fast pace environment. ServeSafe certification is preferred but not required.
