Responsibilities

  • Owner of all franchisee-focused marketing programs, continued training, and support
  • Project manage agency partners to ensure they are achieving the best marketing outcomes for our franchise partners
  • Own the onboarding of marketing-related deliverables for new franchisees
  • Train and educate franchisees on pre-sales marketing plan and strategy
  • Develop marketing playbooks for franchisees to execute local grassroots marketing effectively
  • Manage the brands email marketing strategy and execution
  • Support daily marketing requests including design item requests & approvals
  • Test, track, and analyze traditional and digital marketing campaign performance
  • Conduct marketing calls and presentations with franchisees
  • Manage franchisee communications and public relations
  • Collaborate with design and development teams on website
  • Manage marketing assets and collateral to brand standards
  • Develop and manage social media content calendar including content development
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of a customer loyalty program
  • Lead the relationship with national marketing agencies to drive traffic and ROAS for franchise partners
  • Own Limited Time Offer (LTO) calendar, including planning and execution

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, or business-related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of success
  • Well-rounded knowledge of marketing channels (social, SEM, SEO, influencers, offline media)
  • Ability to oscillate between contributing to the brands performance, engagement and brand marketing efforts
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a desire to learn
  • Ability to establish effective and positive working relationships with a diverse group of people
  • Proven project management experience and the ability to prioritize
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable implementing structure and processes in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to present publicly at meetings, during webinars and conferences
  • Proven ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office

We are looking for passionate, driven, detail-oriented marketing managers to join our growing team to manage marketing programs in support of franchisees with our emerging franchise brands in the wellness and home services categories.

We are embarking on national franchise expansion with several of our brands, and we need hardworking, collaborative, get-it-done individuals to help drive our marketing efforts.

The marketing manager role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including managing national marketing agencies, supporting franchisees, helping to shape brand equity and aiding the brands performance marketing efforts. We operate in a fast-moving, startup-like environment with lots of responsibility and growth for those who have the grit. We need marketing professionals who are self-starters, clear communicators, and can juggle multiple competing priorities.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering online and offline marketing programs, strategies, and support for the brand and its franchisees. The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for training, coaching, consulting, and motivating franchisees in all aspects of consumer marketing. This position requires a strong knowledge of business-to-consumer marketing and excellent communication skills to build strong relationships.

Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities:

    • Project manage agency partners to ensure they are achieving the best marketing outcomes for our franchise partners
    • Own the onboarding of marketing-related deliverables for new franchisees in coordination with agency partners and internal technical colleagues. (i.e. website landing page, social media accounts, grand opening marketing plan etc.)
    • Train and educate franchisees on pre-sales marketing plan and strategy
    • Develop marketing playbooks to help franchisees execute local grassroots marketing effectively
    • Manage the brands email marketing strategy and execution
    • Support daily marketing requests including design item requests & approvals
    • Test, track, and analyze traditional and digital marketing campaign performance
    • Conduct marketing calls and presentations with franchisees
    • Manage franchisee communications and public relations
    • Collaborate with design and development teams on website
    • Manage marketing assets and collateral to brand standards
    • Develop and manage social media content calendar including content development
