Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for a high volume, fast-paced restaurant.   • Primary responsibility for all BOH sanitation and operations by following county health standards and the company’s BOH processes.
  • Keeping your team up to date on processes & current specials
  • Daily, Weekly & Monthly inventory on food and beverage items
  • Practice teamwork by assisting co-workers and leading by example
  • Training, developing, and scheduling team members
  • Responsible for maintaining and growing the food sales in our center

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of two years of restaurant experience
  • Management and/or hospitality experience
  • Ability to lead a team and hold them accountable for our standards
  • Experience in managing COGS and labor
  • ServSafe certified or able to complete certification

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced restaurant in a growing company.
