- Determine emergency repairs, allocate technicians, or engage vendors promptly to resolve issues.
- Fulfill supervisory duties including task delegation, performance assessment, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
- Analyze key performance indicators, pinpoint performance gaps, and devise action plans for process enhancement.
Qualifications
Required
- Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in management, transportation, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or maintenance management experience.
- Minimum 8 years of fleet vehicle maintenance experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in equipment coordination and service writing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle computer systems and maintenance processes.
- Proficiency in maintenance software, reporting tools, and MS Office.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
