  • Determine emergency repairs, allocate technicians, or engage vendors promptly to resolve issues.
  • Fulfill supervisory duties including task delegation, performance assessment, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
  • Analyze key performance indicators, pinpoint performance gaps, and devise action plans for process enhancement.

Qualifications

Required

  • Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in management, transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or maintenance management experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of fleet vehicle maintenance experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in equipment coordination and service writing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle computer systems and maintenance processes.
  • Proficiency in maintenance software, reporting tools, and MS Office.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
