  • Develop and lead TPM program to include Preventative & Predictive maintenance.

  • Oversee the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and infrastructure.
  • Assist in developing and managing the maintenance budget.
  • KPI and metrics management.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or associate's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor 5+ years or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Proficient in using maintenance management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in a relevant field (e.g., HVAC, Electrical, mechanical, Automation control systems).
  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards. 10-hour OSHA trained is a plus.

Bonus is paid as follows for employees working 34 or more hours per week: $500 after 30 days of employment, $1,000 after 90 days, $1,000 after 180 days; for employees working 28-33 hours per week: $375 after 30 days of employment, $750 after 90 days, $750 after 180 days; for employees working 20-27hours per week: $250 after 30 days of employment, $500 after 90 days, $500 after 180 days for employees working less than 20 hours per week: $125 after 30 days of employment, $250 after 90 days, $250 after 180 days.
