- Identify, manage, and order all needed parts for repairs.
- Keep facility in proper working order by inspecting building and grounds for maintenance issues.
- Be on call after hours on a rotating schedule.
- Manage monthly maintenance expense report.
- Keep company vehicle properly cleaned and maintained.
Qualifications
Required
- Basic hand tools storage, care, identification, and tool control
- Weekly maintenance checklist to identify current and future maintenance issues
- Basic knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities in piping and plumbing and associated tools
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
