Qualifications
Required
- Basic tools for maintenance work.

- Valid Driver's License.

- Ability to work on a team and collaborate with others.
Preferred
- HVAC certification.
- CPA certification and 2 years of industry experience.

The Job: Our Maintenance Technicians must be willing and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, team environment. Maintenance Technicians may work with any of the following:
- Electrical
- Plumbing

- General Maintenance
- Customer Service
The Details: Our Service Technicians should have:
- Basic tools for maintenance work.
- Industry experience

- Must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
