Responsibilities

- Providing medication reminders and assistance with managing medications
- Performing light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Document care provided and communicate with the care team as needed
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations
- Accompanying clients to appointments and outings
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor
Qualifications
Required
- MINIMUM 2 YEARS of verifiable in-home care experience
- Proven experience in caring for clients with dementia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to keep clients engaged and active
- Professional and dedicated to providing high-quality care
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must pass a background check
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Ability to handle physical and emotional demands of the role

Minimum Requirements:
