Shift Supervisors at Burgers Grilled Right (BGR) are responsible for performing all duties of Team Members with additional responsibilities for coordinating daily operations in the absence of the Regional Manager. This includes ensuring compliance with BGR standards in all areas of operation, such as product preparation and delivery, guest relations, restaurant maintenance, team oversight, inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.

  • Motivate and coach Team Members and assist in the training of new hires.
  • Excel in performing all Team Member tasks.
  • Work as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks.
  • May assist Regional Manager in day-to-day operations with tasks including scheduling, ordering, and team development.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes, and BGR safety and security policies.
  • Maintain fast, accurate and outstanding service, ensure an excellent guest experience, and ensure all menu items are consistent with BGR standards.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.
