We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic team in Whitestown, IN. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operations. • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Utilize ERP software to track inventory movements and generate reports.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to forecast inventory needs.
• Implement best practices for inventory control and storage solutions.
• Assist in the development of inventory management policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to team members on inventory processes.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience with ERP software in an inventory management capacity.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
