Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls, circuits, mechanical components, and pneumatic systems.
  • Apply knowledge of AC and DC electrical theory and understand 3-phase motor control circuits (experience preferred but not required).
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs, remote sensor interfaces, HMIs, VFDs, and other automated control systems, including troubleshooting.
  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment and systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on production, processing, and plant equipment.
  • Follow directions and work independently when necessary.
  • Operate forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts.
  • Accurately complete all required paperwork.
  • Adapt to scheduled and unscheduled overtime, and handle shift flexibility.
  • Ensure safe operation of equipment, adhere to GMP guidelines, and maintain a clean work area.
  • Participate in meetings, provide training to others, and fill in for other roles as needed.
  • Support the development of a safety-conscious culture by adhering to all safety procedures, operating equipment safely, and reporting unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

Qualifications

Required

  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have personal hand tools necessary for job duties.

Preferred

  • A Technical Certificate or Associate Degree is preferred but not mandatory.
