Room Attendant

The Room Attendant at Holiday Inn Boston - Bunker Hill Area is responsible for ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay for our guests. They are responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms as per hotel standards
• Change bed linen and towels
• Vacuum carpets and dust furniture
• Replenish amenities and supplies
• Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor
• Ensure guests' requests are promptly and efficiently addressed

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
