AS A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the building, equipment, and grounds in top condition, contributing directly to guest and associate satisfaction, expense control, and overall product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks in all areas of the hotel, ensuring proper functionality and addressing any potential issues.
• Assist other team members in servicing hallways, public areas, and guest rooms as needed.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests concerning maintenance issues, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular visual inspections of public areas and the entire hotel, identifying and reporting any maintenance concerns, cleanliness issues, or safety hazards.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop, ensuring the security and proper inventory control of tools, supplies, equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
• Complete assigned maintenance requests and tasks efficiently, following established procedures and adhering to deadlines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, including safety information, and order necessary supplies.
• Report any suspicious activities, persons, or hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Manager.
• Uphold high standards of guest relations by providing prompt, courteous, and professional service during interactions.
