Here's what you'll do:

• Respond to work orders from residents in our multi-family and single-family properties.
• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of maintenance issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Assistant Portfolio Managers to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Participate in unit turns/make readies: pre-turn walks, coordinate with turn coordinators, order materials, and ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
• Communicate effectively with both residents and your team.

If you have at least four years of experience in general maintenance and possess expertise in plumbing, drywall, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry, we want to hear from you.

• Mobility: Ability to use your own vehicle for work throughout the Denver Metro area (truck or van preferred).
