Here's what you'll do:
- Respond to work orders from residents in our multi-family and single-family properties.
- Troubleshoot and repair a variety of maintenance issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Assistant Portfolio Managers to ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Participate in unit turns/make readies: pre-turn walks, coordinate with turn coordinators, order materials, and ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
- Communicate effectively with both residents and your team.

Requirements:
If you have at least four years of experience in general maintenance and possess expertise in plumbing, drywall, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry, we want to hear from you.

- Mobility: Ability to use your own vehicle for work throughout the Denver Metro area (truck or van preferred).
