  • Resolve guest complaints and oversee the subsequent service recovery process.
  • Responsible for the preparation and subsequent achievement of the hotel operating budget by managing the ongoing profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met.
  • Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotel, and management.
  • Lead the sales effort working closely with the Director of Sales.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of three years of experience as a general manager for a full-service hotel.
  • Full understanding of brand standards adherence and compliance.
  • Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Marriott brand and pre-opening experience within a full-service hotel.

We are seeking a hands-on, high-energy Hotel General Manager with strong operations management and general manager full-service Marriott brand experience. In this leadership role, you will have the opportunity to drive great business results by utilizing your excellent business skills and ensuring the delivery of great guest service!

Compensation:

$120,000 - $150,000 yearly
