  • Follow-up with patients during subsequent visits to review completed treatment and schedule appointments for continued treatment
  • Determine ways to improve office efficiency and workflow, presenting these ideas to supervisors and helping to carry them out

Our Patient Coordinator position ensures all patients receive the highest quality customer service and hospitality while in our office. This position keeps the office schedule running smoothly and handles all aspects of administrative duties in the reception area including, but not limited to a high standard of patient interaction, appointment coordination, a high-volume phone system with training, and always maintaining a five-star experience for our patients. Our ideal candidate is an upbeat, positive self-starter who is team above self and patient oriented!

Skills/Qualifications required:

  • Capable to comfortably explain and present patient treatment plans at the direction of the treating Doctor
  • Excellent communication skills with patients/staff
  • Educates the patient regarding insurance benefits and affordable payment options
  • The ability to multitask. Very comfortable explaining care plans and collecting payments from non-covered services and fee for services patients.
  • Capable of working at a fast pace while having a strong attention to detail.
