If you are a newer plumber looking for a company to work for please read this thoroughly to see if you think we’d be a good fit for you.

We are not looking for someone who is simply looking to get by, or simply clock in and clock out of their job. We are a small family owned business looking to grow and are searching for a future leader in the business. We want to train the next generation of plumbers, starting right now. On staff we have a 40 year master plumber and do work all over the valley.

We are seeking a young professional who wants a career. Not a job. It will require you to learn a lot about plumbing, yet also leadership (and that's ok, we want to teach you!).

You don't need to be an expert to apply but you do need some working knowledge

Things you should be able to do or have done at least 1 time already:

• Soldering
• Water heater flushes
• Tankless water heater conversions
• Leak detection
• Spot repair
• Faucet or fixture installation
• Drain cleaning
• Basic pipe fitting

We mean it when we say “must communicate well” both written and verbal communication is key to any businesses success. So you must be an excellent communicator, no exceptions.

Independence and the ability to think through problems is a skill we’re looking for. We will train you in plumbing and leadership, but need you to come prepared and willing to be coached up to maximize the best of your skills.

Future Management Potential: This role will ideally be the candidate who becomes our service manager and oversees a team of plumbers.

Must haves:

• Own your own set of hand tools
• Have a driver's license with reliable transportation
• Basic plumbing knowledge listed above

Pay: $60k-$75k

Commission and Spiffs available and disclosed upon interviews being scheduled.
