What You Will Do: As a vital member of our wellness team, you will:

• Accurately manage and track the inventory of all medical supplies and medicines on-site.
• Use Excel to create and maintain detailed spreadsheets, tracking stock levels, usage, and expiration dates.
• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure accurate records and compliance with safety standards.
• Reorder products as needed, maintaining optimal stock levels and collaborating with vendors.
• Ensure proper storage of all medical supplies, adhering to legal and safety regulations.
• Dispose of expired or damaged medicines according to legal guidelines.
• Prepare and organize medical kits, ensuring accurate stock counts before and after usage.
• Communicate inventory updates and needs to management and the healthcare team.

This role requires flexibility to travel between our Bowie and Hyattsville locations based on daily operational needs.

Who We Are Looking For: You are a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist with:

• Proven experience in inventory management, especially within a medical or pharmaceutical setting.
• Proficiency in Excel, including creating and managing complex spreadsheets, using formulas, and generating reports.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Knowledge of proper storage and safety practices for medical supplies, with an understanding of legal compliance.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
