**Overview**:
Playto Childcare Centers is seeking a dedicated and reliable Caretaker to oversee operations across six centers. The Caretaker will be responsible for managing deliveries, ensuring that packages are properly received, set up, and installed. Additionally, this role will involve overseeing cleaning personnel, maintaining cleanliness standards, and managing cleaning supplies at each location.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Visit each Playto Childcare Center regularly to ensure that all deliveries have been properly received, unpacked, and set up.
- Install or hang up items such as furniture, decorations, or other necessary equipment as required.
- Oversee the cleaning staff at all centers to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies at each center and coordinate timely reorders when needed.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition and handle minor repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Collaborate with center directors to ensure any maintenance or caretaking issues are addressed promptly.
- Keep a record of all tasks performed and provide regular reports to management.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a caretaking, facility management, or similar role.
- Ability to travel between multiple locations regularly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience overseeing cleaning personnel and managing supplies.
- Basic handyman skills for assembling furniture and minor installations.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
