Experienced Spa Esthetician

Salary: $30-65, commission based upon experience plus any add-ons & an average of 20% gratuity

We are looking for 2 people that can cover a combination of these hours; approximately 24 hours per week:

Monday 2:45-8:15pm

Tuesday 2:45-8:15pm

Wednesday 9-2:30pm

Wednesday 2:45-8:15pm

Thursday 9-2:30pm

Thursday 2:45-8:15pm

Sunday 9-5pm

Candidate Profile:

• Current Maryland Esthetician license
  
• At least 5 years experience in a SPA environment as an Esthetician
• Availability to work nights and/or weekends.
• A passion for healing and wellness, including experience in organic and natural product or desire to become a natural toxin-free skincare expert
• A passion for recommending customized homecare suggestions after each appointment
• A desire to make an impact on guests and team members
• A desire to build a return clientele and understanding of what it takes to grow a practice
• Ability to problem solve and create solutions in a timely manner
• Personal characteristics reflective of The Still Point: positive attitude, thirst for learning, service-oriented, a passion for wellness, flexible, and a team player
