The Medical Receptionist at Emerald Staffing is the first point of contact for patients, responsible for scheduling appointments, registering new patients, verifying and updating patient information, and preparing patient charts.   • 6+ months of Medical Industry experience
  • 6+ months of EMR experience - Athena preferred
  • Professional, friendly, team-player personality
  • Covid-19 vaccination

They have an experienced team of physicians who specializes in a wide range of urologic services and pride themselves on top tier service. They are looking to add a Medical Receptionist to their team!

Overview
The Medical Receptionist is the first employee a patient will see, they are seeking a someone upbeat with a positive attitude that knows how to maintain an objective professional personality. This role will be responsible for a variety of activities and will need to be adaptable!

Responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments and procedures according to established protocol
  • Register all new patients into the system

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM)

Compensation: $19.00 + Hourly
