Responsibilities

• Maintain machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance to conveyor belts, gearboxes, etc.
• Read manuals to understand equipment and controls.
• Perform tests and operate machinery to ensure it functions properly.
• Receive and review work schedules and orders from planner/scheduler.
• Utilize COGZ Software to control the maintenance department and reduce breakdowns and downtime.
• Maintain inventory control by tracking parts signed out from the stockroom.
• Ensure efficient maintenance service for production areas.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience
• 3+ year of mechanical and electrical experience
• Experienced in general and preventative maintenance/repair of industrial production equipment, buildings, and facilities, including analysis and diagnostics.
• Experience with MS. Office and COGZ Maintenance Software.
• Able to read and interpret diagrams, charts, schematics, and documents.
