  • Ensure patrons are of legal drinking age before serving alcohol.
  • Monitor guest's alcohol intake and prohibit alcohol service to intoxicated guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar area, glasses and utensils.
  • Comply with federal, state, local, and all legislative and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

Required

  • 1-year previous bartending experience in restaurant/hospitality/entertainment management in bar service required.
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive in problem solving.
  • Flexible with varying schedules to reflect the business needs.
  • Must have knowledge of food & beverage preparation and service.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull stock, chairs, tables up to 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
