Responsibilities
- Work 36 hours per week with variable shifts, including day and night.
- Float to Tele/Med/Surg and other campuses.
- Care for all types of patient populations with the exception of CV and Neuro.
- Set up and care for Chest Tube.
- Administer CRRT/Dialysis.
- Perform CVP, PA Lines, and Rapid Infuser procedures.
- Sheath Removal and PCA Pumps management.
- Manage PICC/Central Lines, Port-A-Cath/Vascular Device Access/Care, Syringe Pumps.
- Handle Triple Lumen Catheter, Wound Vac, Drains, Epidural Pumps, Feeding Tubes, Fistula.
- Perform CRRT/Arctic Sun procedures.
- Administer medications including Amiodarone, Antiarrhythmics, Antipsycholics, Antiseizure, Atropine, Beta Blockers, Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine, Epinephrine Heparin, Hydralazine, Insulin, Ketamine, Lasix, Levophed, Magnesium Sulfate, Milrinone, Neosynephrine, Nicardipine, Ntroglycerin, Nitroprusside, Norepinephrine, TPA, Vasopressin.
