  • Assist clients with Insurance and registration issues
  • Contact insurance companies for policy verification and other various issues
  • Provide written account information as requested by customers

Qualifications

Required

  • Demonstrates historical career stability
  • Must be willing and able to travel domestically for up to one week at a time, twice per year for company-sponsored training and team-building initiatives
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • High level of professionalism and commitment to the job
  • Detail oriented mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 1 year of customer service or retail experience preferred
  • Ability to deescalate issues/concerns

Your Title: Client Relationship Associate

Your Location: Remote/Anywhere within the USA

You Report To: Customer Service Manager

Your Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9AM-1PM EST

Your Compensation: $18.53/hour plus a monthly performance bonus
