Qualifications

Required

  • Maintenance experience
  • Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Availability to work on-call and as needed during non-business hours, including some Saturdays

Preferred

  • Manufactured home experience
  • Knowledge of City and County manufactured home regulations
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Maintenance is accountable for all day-to-day property maintenance activities and enhancing the value of the property.

Responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to:
  • Curb appeal and grounds maintenance to include mowing, weed-eating, edging, and any additional necessary landscaping
  • Appliance repair
  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Machine and equipment repair
  • Basic electrical
  • Basic HVAC
  • Make-ready process / remodeling
  • Painting
  • Drywall
  • Inspections
  • Work with any potential vendors to increase and maintain curb appeal and perform any/all contracted services
  • Oversight of old home demolition, lot preparation, and new home deliveries.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned by Management
Qualifications:
  • Maintenance experience must - manufactured home experience a plus!
  • Knowledge of City and County manufactured home regulations a plus!
  • Team-oriented with an exceptionally strong work ethic and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Communication skills
