  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures.
  • Ensure that orders are filled accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to prioritize orders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper handling and storage of inventory.
  • Generate reports and maintain documentation related to inventory activities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate effectively and optimize efficiency.
  • Answer customer questions surrounding available products.
  • Maintain well organized product displays.
  • Continually assess space conditions and communicate proactively with our sales team.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in inventory management or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communicates information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation.
  • Exhibits exemplary customer service.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift and move items, occasionally up to 15 pounds.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

We are hiring an Inventory Associate to join our team in Midtown. As an Inventory Associate, your primary responsibility is to maintain the flow and accuracy of inventory within the warehouse environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the warehouse operates efficiently by maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods.
