TriSearch is seeking an experienced 1099 Sales Executive with a background in brokerage and/or packaging to join their team. This role is crucial for increasing the company's revenue and market share by working closely with the leadership team to execute strategic sales plans. Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager and CEO in executing strategic sales plans to grow overall company's revenue and margins.
  • Develop new market opportunities in designated territory or market (cross-selling).
  • Create business plans to grow market share, product margin, and book of business within territory.
  • Provide outstanding service to existing clients, obtain orders (in client specifications) and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call & travel to existing or prospective clients.
  • Actively work on identifying, soliciting, developing, and securing new business opportunities within territory.
  • Create, monitor and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
  • Identify, maintain and develop contacts within existing clients to improve client satisfaction.
  • Responsible for overall account management, including managing working capital, inventory, accounts receivables, record keeping, maintaining sales agreements, credit terms of clients etc.
  • Prepare, organize and deliver tailored client presentations, introducing clients to Performance Packaging, new products etc.
  • Proactively resolve client challenges by analyzing problems, seeking opportunities and developing solutions & new improvements with the team (Production, Design, Quality, Customer Service etc.)

Qualifications

Required

  • 7 years experience in sales building a book of business (brokerage experience preferred).
  • Strong financial knowledge and good analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (verbal and written), dealing with individuals at all levels.
  • High energy, with the ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and committed individual, strong work ethic.
  • Well-versed Negotiation Skills.

The packaging company is searching for an experienced 1099 sale professional with a background in the brokerage and/or packaging space. This will be a key role within the organization that will work closely with the leadership team to increase the organizations revenue and market share.
