  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within a fine dining restaurant.
  • Extensive knowledge of Korean cuisine and culture.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and maintain excellent customer service standards.
