Responsibilities
- Responsible for running a profitable restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager.
- Ensure the location meets Popeyes high level of standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Work with the Restaurant General Manager to develop weekly, monthly, quarterly plans to achieve store goals.
- Provide mentoring and direction for the team to help set/grow a positive, fun, and energetic store culture.
- Hiring, training, and developing team members to ensure the restaurant has the right team in place.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers.
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations.
Qualifications
Required
- 6 months of leadership experience in a Quick Serve Restaurant environment.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to display effective leadership skills.
- Ability to use a computer and basic software.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, kneel, and lift up to 50lbs.
- Open to working a 45+ hour work schedule (8 to 10 hour days) and available on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of attaining certification.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
