Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and facilities through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.   • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure equipment longevity.
  • Execute tear-downs and rebuilds of machinery as needed for maintenance or upgrades.
  • Implement Lockout/Tagout procedures to maintain safety standards.
  • Operate and maintain overhead cranes (experience preferred).
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruption to production schedules.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment performance.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • Proficiency in pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, and hand tool operations.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
  • Comfort working at heights of up to 150 feet.
  • Previous experience operating overhead cranes preferred.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
