Responsibilities, Experience and Skills:

• Assist in the oversight of Daily Operations of the store.
• Assist in the leading, training and development of all store team members.
• Excellent communication, people management and motivational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Provide exceptional guest service
• Understand the value of team work and leads by it

Pay: $16 per hour base starting pay plus tips. Tips generaly are an addition $2-$4 per hour. An addiitonal $1 per hour will be paid to a candidate with the ServSafe Managers food safety certifcate (or equivalent)
