This position is for Wraparound Delaware

Successful candidates will have the ability to effectively engage with youth, families and professionals to develop individualized plans designed to meet family needs and Court requirements. Ability to work as part of a team including professional and non professional members.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Possess relevant experience working with youth and families in the community.
  • Bi-lingual candidate preferred, not required.
  • Familiar with community based services in Delaware.
  • Possess personal vehicle and valid driver’s license and reliable access to vehicle.
  • Regular travel required.
