Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a supportive and stimulating learning environment.

Preferred

  • Valid teaching license or certification as required by New York State, or in process of obtaining license.
  • Experience with The Learning Experience curriculum or similar early childhood education programs.

  • Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.
  • Have 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
  • Bachelor's, Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred).
