Class A CDL Truck Driver

Ready to Haul is seeking a full-time Class A CDL Truck Driver with a positive attitude to join our team.

This position requires a person that has their Class A CDL license. Ready to Haul provides exceptional service while installing erosion control for premier customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients in a professional manner to ensure client satisfaction.
• Safely operate vehicles in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety & ongoing performance and reliability of truck, including pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reporting of repairs as needed.
• Ability to take constructive feedback from Supervisor.
• Proactively respond in looking for potential hazards, problems and overall safety as well as taking corrective action.
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail and organization skills while providing superior customer service.
• Good time management and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to recognize and identify product both near and from distance.
• Exceptional attendance and reliability.

Job Type: Full-time - Travel Required

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Valid Class A or B CDL driver’s license for the state in which you reside.
• Familiarity with roads and traffic challenges in Northeastern Ohio.
• Reliable transportation to and from Barnesville with a varying schedule.
• Must be able to speak & understand English.
• Ability to lift 50bs on a regular basis.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of outdoor environment and safety precautions.
• Prior experience in detail-oriented work.
• Must strictly adhere to all safety standards at all times.
