Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required

  • Completion of a CNA training program
  • Minimum of 3 years of CNA experience, preferably with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong understanding of basic patient care, including hygiene, feeding, and mobility assistance
  • Ability to measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Knowledge of how to assist patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety.
  • Familiarity with common medical terms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team. The CNA will play a crucial role in providing high-quality direct patient care, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and personalized care.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will deliver direct patient care to individuals with developmental disabilities, coordinate with healthcare professionals, and assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans. This role requires experience in providing patient care to adults with developmental disabilities and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Working locations: Pasadena, Burbank, Glendale, Koreatown, Downtown Los Angeles, Lancaster, Palmdale

Direct Patient Care:

- Assisting with daily living activities: Helping patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal hygiene tasks.

- Feeding and Hydration: Assisting patients with eating and ensuring they stay hydrated.

- Medication Assistance: Ensuring patients take their medications as prescribed.
