We are currently holding interviews for a Team Lead in Bakersfield.

Qualifications:
- must be able to demonstrate management and leadership skills
- must have janitorial experience
- must be able to pass a background check
- must have reliable transportation
- must be organized and know job codes and requirements and changes to your accounts
- must be able to lift and carry 35 pounds
- Due to clients being Federally Funded, applicants MUST pass a Physical, Drug Screening, and a Breath Alcohol Test
- Must have a current VALID Driver's License
