  • Document a detailed and accurate job file including floor plan sketches, measurements, photos and written summaries
  • Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
  • Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues

Qualifications

Required

  • Prior supervisory experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, construction, or related
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma/GED (preferred)
  • Basic math skills

Preferred

  • IICRC certification

Restoration Field Supervisors will lead, perform, and support remediation and restoration services of fire damage, water damage, mold damage, storm damage, and commercial services. This can include demolition, cleaning, repairs, and other labor intensive activities.

Key Responsibilities

Position Requirements

Physical Demands/Competencies
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
