  • Develop component and system level criteria that align with project requirements
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other trades
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong knowledge of local and national building codes
  • Minimum of 8 years experience designing HVAC systems in high performance buildings
  • Understand industry trends
  • Experience leading HVAC teams on technically challenging projects, working in dynamic team environments
  • Proficient in engineering software for design, documentation and coordination software (e.g. Trace, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD)
  • LEED accreditation
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering from an ABET school
  • PE License
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
