Qualifications
Required
- Strong knowledge of local and national building codes
- Minimum of 8 years experience designing HVAC systems in high performance buildings
- Understand industry trends
- Experience leading HVAC teams on technically challenging projects, working in dynamic team environments
- Proficient in engineering software for design, documentation and coordination software (e.g. Trace, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD)
- LEED accreditation
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering from an ABET school
- PE License
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
