A Crew Leader supports a team of employees to ensure they complete their job tasks appropriately and on time. Job duties vary by industry and business need, but your primary responsibilities are to support, train, and guide the production of assigned branches in cities such as Tacoma, Monroe, Everett, Kent - Washington State, and Portland, Oregon.

An Area Manager may consider integrating a Crew Leader when there are 3 or more branches in a city or cities.

I. KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum experience and requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Cashier experience and basic computer skills with a focus on customer service and services of money such as banking or money remittance services.

• Working knowledge of customer service concepts and practices.

• Document presentation and management in an administrative support role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for constant interaction with potential clients via in-person approach, or by phone.

• Ability to analyze customer needs and make recommendations for quality products.

• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of client information.

• Must speak, read, and write Spanish and English fluently.

• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel pivot table, Outlook, and internet) and must be able to learn other computer programs as required.

• This position requires a valid license to operate a motor vehicle and the person in this position is required to maintain a good driving record as deemed appropriate by liability insurance carriers. Driving Requires driving long distances to supervise area stores.
