  • High Volume Background with Restaurant Kitchen Manager experience in establishments doing over $3 million per year in sales.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on experience hiring, training, and developing hourly employees.
  • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed.
  • Proficiency with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.).

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 + Benefits and bonus packages


While other concepts served breakfast then transitioned into other meal periods, we decided to focus on Breakfast/Brunch and work to perfect it. All of our dishes are made from-scratch and made to order, and we only use the freshest ingredients possible. Additionally, we have a strong focus on using locally sustainable ingredients for all of our dishes. Word of mouth spread and soon, weve started growing, with dozens of stores across the country and more opening soon. Many of our leaders have come from within our own ranks. Because we are only open for Breakfast/Lunch daily, our Managers enjoy No Late Night hours and outstanding quality of life.

Job Description:Every one of our restaurants has a Head Chef, who contributes to their menu's unique and imaginative appeal by creating dishes tailored to regional tastes and their own talents. EachHead Chef strives to reflect our commitment to culinary excellence by showcasing a vast selection of only the freshest quality and locally sourced ingredients. Our commitment to local freshness and sustainability is apparent in the inspired dishes offered. OtherHead Chef duties will include but not be limited to: recruiting, training, mentoring and maintaining the highest quality culinary team available. The right Executive Chef candidate will know how to drive profits through cost analysis and have a strong understanding of P&L.
