The Quality Assurance Analyst at Equus Workforce Solutions is responsible for analyzing raw data, creating reports, and ensuring compliance with state and local policies, WIOA laws, and contractual performance expectations. This role involves upholding quality assurance standards, identifying compliance issues, updating standard operating procedures, conducting staff training, and ensuring client satisfaction through various means.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes raw data and creates weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to assist leadership manage projects
  • Upholds regulations and guidance for state and local policies and WIOA laws
  • Validates data requirements and information
  • Evaluates personal and financial data for status verification
  • Identifies compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation
  • Updates standard operating procedures and quality assurance manuals
  • Confers with management to identify training needs such as projected milestones and deliverables, changes, and any other findings
  • Plans and conducts staff training
  • Conduct case file and record reviews for compliance and identifies opportunities for improvement or corrective actions and to ensure contractual performance expectations are met
  • Submit weekly QA reports in a timely manner to Project Director
  • Present consistent feedback to management regarding areas that need improvement
  • Ensure 100% of clients participate in the client satisfaction survey
  • Ensure all clients receive a return call within 24 hours of calling and leaving a message
  • Review quality assurance standards, study existing policies and procedures and interviews personnel and patients to evaluate effectiveness of quality assurance programs
  • Creates, implements and monitors standard operating procedures

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 2+ years related experience
  • Associate's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or experience in related field; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Knowledge of WIOA laws, regulations and guidance, and state and local policies desired
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel functions and features
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
